To manage Exchange Active Sync (EAS) infrastructure to ensure successful mail; calendar sync on device.

Perform duties such as Setting up Mailboxes, Device Enrollments / Mailbox Restorations - Disaster Recovery / Redundant Environment Setup / Configuration / Administration
Work closely to the Senior System specialist and other System Specialists to develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures
Troubleshoot for Mail Flow Related Issues, mail queue increase incident, mail delay incidents etc.
Configure and managing Microsoft Skype for Business Servers
To manage MDM Solution, preferably Intune
Proven experience with Operations and Process control knowledge, such as ITIL concepts.
Candidate will be responsible for Change Management activities such as Exchange/OS upgrades, monthly Windows patching activities, etc.
